Researches projects of interest to bid according to timing and the market. Prepares bid amounts for upcoming projects. Assigns cost codes and values to tasks and quantities needed for budgeting.
Oversees preplanning meetings as well as ongoing meetings for projects. Mobile position rotating between job sites and the main office as needed. Verifies site saftey and manages field employees for scheduling and tracking as needed.
Oversees diverse projects with scheduling and planning vital tasks. Ensures job trackings and reports are completed and prepared. Key point of contact between project owner and contractor and is present on site when needed. Having substantial experience is recommended.
Has a technical apitude and the ability to conceptualize abstract concepts. Updates labor production tracking and cost forecasting. Proficiency with ACAD software is recommended. This position is preparatory to becoming a Project Manager.
Maintains project documentation and production tracking throughout duration of site work. Composes budget reports for team review as well as weekly payroll entry. Skills in excel and experience in administrative programs is recommended.
Monitors subcontracting and purchase orders. Updates budget programs with invoicing history and documentation. Coordinates budget reviews with project teams and executives.
Assists executive team in documentation and reporting of relevant project history. Available to meet needs of team as necessary as in setting up meetings, provide support, and email correspondance.
