OID SOUTH MAIN CANAL IMPROVEMENTS

This project included improvements to the OID South Main Canal. Work included excavation, dewatering, clearing and grubbing, rock excavation, grading, installation of soil nails and shotcrete.
WASTE DISCHARGE SITE IMPROVEMENTS
City of Plymouth, CA
This project performed by SMCI included the following items; installation of a new pipeline, construction of containment levees, excavation and embankment work, modifications to the outlet structures, demoing existing waste discharge area spray field, and installing new spray field system. Additionally, this project includes access road reconstruction, new culvert crossings, erosion control, hydroseeding and environmental mitigation.
UPPER AMERICAN RIVER PROJECT, GERLE CANAL RELINING

This project is a job consisting of primarily relining a water diversion canal. The scope includes grading, excavation, shotcrete lining, bypass pumping, installation of reinforcement. A challenging design build project in the high sierra that involved rebuilding an aging section of the canal during a narrow October shut down window.
